Ways to Wellness Classes

Classes are an in important part of Ways to Wellness. They're a time to connect with others and reconnect with yourself.

All classes are included in the cost of the Ways to Wellness program. If you are not a program participant, you are still welcome to attend.

Menu Planning - Learn how to add variety and excitement to your menus using the rotation meal plan, meal kits and eating on the run. You'll also learn easy ways to modify recipes and expand your recipe database.

Food and Mood - This class will focus on understanding brain chemicals and how they affect food cravings and mood. Learn how to reduce stress, sleep better and nurture your spirit.

Shopping with a Dietitian- Kowalski's Market in Woodbury will help you better understand food labels and how you can shop healthier without all the questions.

Intro to Body Mind Wellness - This class is open only to Ways to Wellness participants. This class focuses on holistic therapies and how they can help you improve your well-being. We discuss healing touch, aromatherapy, visualization, guided imagery and acupressure as well as experience Pilates, Tai Chi and yoga.
