The Ways to Wellness Program

We know losing weight is hard work. Developing healthy habits and exercise routines take time and effort. The goal of our program is to provide you and your family with the individualized tools you need to be successful. Our approach takes into consideration your life, your schedule and your goals.

Our Wellness Coaches are both registered dietitians and certified personal trainers, who are trained in sports nutrition, weight management, cholesterol management, heart care, diabetes, as well as personal training, including personal home fitness, Pilates, yoga, kickboxing, cardio boot camp and more.Ways to Wellness Fitness Study

The Ways to Wellness program is located in the Woodwinds Oak Center, 1825 Woodwinds Drive. The Oak Center is the building across from the main hospital entrance. Click for driving directions and a map.

Programs for adults and families

Adults and families who are losing weight have different needs, so we offer programs for both. Each program provides wellness assessments, comprehensive wellness plans, nutrition counseling and personal training. Choose an option below to learn more about our programs and how you can get started.

Ways to Wellness Free Community Seminars

Find out if Ways to Wellness is right for you. At these seminars, our Wellness Coaches will talk about our unique program and you’ll tour our fitness studio to learn how we can help you develop healthy habits and design fitness plans that are right for you.

About our Medical Director

Dr. Mathew RolandoMedical Director of Ways to Wellness, Mathew Rolando, MD, is board certified in family medicine
and practices at the HealthEast Woodbury Clinic. Dr. Rolando graduated from the University
of Minnesota School of Medicine and completed the family medicine residency program at
St. John’s Hospital in Maplewood.
